She is friendly and customer driven, with a can-do attitude to any scenario that she may come across. Kim is extremely knowledgeable in the Settlement industry, having over fifteen years experience. Kim's parents met while working at Landgate some forty years ago, some may say property is in her blood. She is the mother hen of the GPS family and is often consulted for ideas and advice. In her spare time, Kim likes to spend time with her sons Damon and Mitchell, and husband Marco. Kim is also a volunteer for Radio Lollipop at the Children's Hospital. To relieve the stress of a busy day Kim enjoys a good game of beach Volley Ball.
Marco Lozey is a chef by trade working in all areas of hospitality since the age of 16 and is the owner of 3 Kings Catering. After the birth of his and Kim’s first son Damon in 2011 he started working at GPS Settlements as an outside clerk as this allowed him the ability to take Damon and now their second son Mitchell in with him on the train to attend the settlements . Marco enjoys attending settlements as each day is different although he is not a fan of the 40 degree days. When not attending settlements you will usually find him spending time with his sons teaching them some sort of ball game as he has a passion for all things sports. His fouth love in life is Hawthorn Football Club and his dream would be to live in Melbourne and own a MCG Members ticket.
Alysha Chappell started her career in settlements in 2013 as an Outside Clerk. Jennie’s current position of Receptionist / Admin with GPS started in July 2013 after moving to Perth from Karratha. In Karratha Jennie worked in the Real Estate Industry as sales so-coordinator for two and a half years, prior to that Jennie worked in a Busselton Real Estate Company for ten years as receptionist and then sales coordinator, so the transition into settlements has been relatively smooth. Jennie and her partner Alan have three grown up children and two grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoor life and loves socialising with family and friends.
