When GPS Property Settlements handles a Family Transaction which includes any transactions where the parties are related, we will attend to the following at a minimum:

Preparation of the Contract of Sale;
Preparation of Transfer of Land document;
Preparation of settlement documents pertinent to the transaction;
Preparation of Valuation Form for Office of State Revenue;
Preparation of stamping form and stamping of Transfer of Land at Office of State Revenue;
Lodging of documents at Landgate;
Preparation of Applications and Statutory Declarations;
Sighting of any documentation at Landgate;
Settlement attendance;
Liaising and assisting Banks, Brokers, Lawyers in preparation of their documentation; and
Change of names with Rating Authorities.

In majority of these cases GPS Property Settlements will act for both parties of the transaction.
